Production & Turnaround: BWI offers a 24 hour turn around with most productions. However sometimes to ensure a good quality production, orders may take up to three working days. Sometimes orders can be completed and the order confirmation email is not received. If you are in doubt please check your junk/spam mail box, if your still not sure please feel free to contact us.
Returns & Refunds: Unfortuntely we offer a non refund policy. We provide audio demos for each voice over and an overall demo located on the homepage, this is to demonstrate how your imaging will sound. If you're not happy with the finished production, we will happily ammend the production to your specification.
Royalties& Production Elements: BWI uses various different sources for music beds, sfx and underscores. Our primary source is Air Media, Air Media provides production elements which are a 100% royalty free. BWI accepts no responsibility for the imaging elments such as music, sfx and beds in your productions. It is your responsibility to log any copyrighted material for PPL and PRS returns. If you require to know any logging information it is your responsibility to contact us, we will provide any information you need at your request.
